Miele di Melata - Honeydew

The newest honey addition to our portfolio, Honeydew Plant Honey is not actually a floral honey, but rather it is produced by the honeydew secreted by the bees. Higher in antioxidants than floral honeys, it is dark in color, extremely viscous and reminiscent of treacle in flavor. A rare and true delight from our resident honey maestro.
