Confiture Parisienne's Four Citrus Preserve is not your Grandma's marmalade! Reminiscent of a classic cocktail, four citrus fruits combine to create a complex accompaniment to any platter of hors d'oeuvres. Fragrant star anise accompanies sweet and tart notes of orange and mandarin, while the bitterness of the grapefruit and kumquat peels are softened by warming vanilla and cinnamon. This preserve is perfect for cheese plates, grilled cheeses, or even while cooking pork chops or chicken.

Orange, grapefruit, clementine, kumquat, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, star anise, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Pairing Suggestions
