Tarantello is a wonderful cut of the tuna sourced from the belly. Higher in fat than the fillet, the Tarantello sits beside the Ventresca. Satisfying and highly sought after, this tuna performs beautifully in salads, sandwiches, pastas and more. 

Blue Fin Tuna, known as Tonno Rosso in Italy, is your seacret weapon for elevating a typical dinner into an extraordinary realm. Family-owned cannery Althunnus packs each tin by hand. As always, the fish is sourced off the coast of Sardinia using traditional fishing methods.
