We have always believed that honey, like wine, is a product of place. The variety of flower, the altitude of the hive, the character of the season — all of it finds its way into the jar. It is one of the most direct expressions of terroir that exists, and yet it is one of the most overlooked.

The honeys in our collection come from small family producers whose approach to beekeeping mirrors the values that guide everything we carry at Mad Rose Foods. No blending, no heat treatment, no shortcuts. Just raw, unfiltered honey harvested at peak bloom, bottled as a true reflection of the landscape it came from.
