Orange Blossom Honey

There is something immediately transporting about orange blossom honey ... the aroma is intensely fresh, recalling citrus zest and orange flower, and the flavor follows through with a brightness that feels more Mediterranean than alpine. Harvested in May, it sets to a fine, creamy crystallization with a warm amber tone.
