October 22nd Olive Oil Master Class with Emily Lycopolus with Tasting Kit and Tasting Glass

Please join us for an evening of olive oil appreciation hosted by olive oil sommelier and professional olive oil taster Emily Lycopolus. With over fifteen years of experience working with olive oil, Emily will lead a guided tasting of Mad Rose Foods premier olive oils sourced from family farms across Italy. In this 90 minute seminar we will learn how to assess oil quality through proper tasting techniques, how to select the right olive oil for every occasion and touch upon the history of olive oil and its production. 

The conversation will be moderated by Mad Rose Foods' own olive oil sommelier and Director of Sales Gwen Connors. 

Your ticket includes the cost of the event plus a tasting kit that is comprised of five sample olive oils which we will taste as a group. This online class will commence promptly on October 22nd 2025 at 6:00pm EST and run until 7:30pm EST. Zoom links will be sent prior to the event.
