Casa Setaro Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Casa Setaro's olive oil is a single varietal oil made of coratina, a typical varietal of Campagna. This oil is abundant and balanced. Like everything Massimo makes, elegance is key. Golden in color with a generous texture, it gives aromas of fresh cut grass. The '23 vintage is soft on the palate with only slight bitterness at the finish that is perfect for cooking, while the '24 has a punchy spice ideal for finishing and dipping.
