Casa Marrazzo’s whole yellow Ercolano cherry tomatoes in salt water are a striking addition to any pantry. Grown in the bay of Naples in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, these tomatoes are wonderfully sweet and fleshy. Like sunshine in a jar, they use these perky tomatoes to brighten up any plate. Use them to make golden pasta sauces flavoured simply with olives and anchovies, or make a refreshing gazpacho soup garnished with basil leaves and olive oil.
