BEA - CAPITELLI PASTA
The pinwheel shape of this pasta is modeled after traditional architectural shapes from ancient Mediterranea. Like all of Bea’s glorious pastas, the Capitelli has been crafted from Bibi Margherito, the ancient Senatore Capelli durum wheat grown on their estate. Low in gluten and exceptionally easy to digest, the pasta itself is incredibly delicious – yet another testament to the renowned agricultural principles that the Bea estate has earned such recognition for.
