BEA - CASARECCE PASTA

A brand new shape from Giampiero Bea makes its debut. Like all of his other pastas, it is crafted from the Senatore Capelli whole durum wheat grown on the Bea estate. Giampiero transports the wheat to a thousand-year-old mill to be ground into flour before it makes the journey to Pasta Fabbri, a fifth-generation artisanal pasta producer in Chianti. The casarecce holds sauce gloriously; try it with pasta a la norma!
